Shipping
Our products are shipped within 7-15 days using the following carriers: Sequel Logistics, BVG Logistics.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shivaji Chowk, Kolhapur Road, near Ganesh Mandir, Hupari, Kolhapur, Maharashtra 416203.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly suggest that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
Returns
Making Charges and taxes will be deducted during exchange.
Original Invoice and Certificate must be produced for exchange.
Gold Products not bought from Rumani India Stores/Website (rumaniindia.com) an additional deduction would be charged for exchange/buyback.
If you receive a discount while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount.
The value of the exchanged product after deductions of taxes, making charges and discounts will be adjusted against the new product's order.
If the Jewellery is altered by anyone other than Rumani India shall not be accepted for return.
Any item that shows signs of damage or wear and tear then addictional deduction will be applied in the valuation.
We reserve all the rights to change the value of the product after quality inspection.
Payment from buy back will be only via bank transfer to the customer's bank account within a period of 10 working days after quality check and valuation of the said product is confirmed by the customer.
If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case to case basis.
Buyback will apply only in cases where the invoice value is less than 2lacs.
Exchange is not available for products shipped abroad from India.
